Ambrela and Roma Education Fund project partnership - Launch Event of the Good Start project in Macedonia.

By participating within an international project supported by the Roma Education Fund, Hungary and the European Commission, AMBRELA will in the coming 2 years contribute to the immunization of Romani children in Suto Orizari.
In addition, our experts will organise door to door visits, awareness raising workshops and campaigns on the significance of preschool education and motivate parents to include their children in kindergartens.

Other national NGO project partners such as the National Roma Centrum Kumanovo and Kham Delcevo will implement the “Good Start” project in their respective municipalities. http://romaeducationfund.hu/?doc_id=415

Ambrela  fights against racism and for equality in sports – FARE Action Week and a Macedonian Center for Culture and Development Conference on „Promoting intercultural dialogue: How to overcome ethnic discrimination and racism in the Balkan region”

AMBRELA is currently participating in an international project regarding combating prejudices and racism in sport - Football Against Racism (FARE) project, Action Week 14-26th of October 2010.The project's aim is to combat discrimination within sport and promote integration and equality.
In this light, AMBRELA has organised a series of football matches between children of various ethnic backgrounds (Suto Orizari and Karpos municipalities). In addition, AMBRELA will implement a minor renovation of the Suto Orizari football stadium - in such a way we strive for social participation and integration of Romani children from Suto Orizari. http://www.farenet.org/default.asp?intPageID=2
